accepted based on the terms and conditions
listed on the bottom of this page.
PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS
As registered
agents for Carnival Cruise Lines, all payments for this group cruise must be
made directly to John Nance Entertainment either on line, mail or in person and
must be received on or before the deadline dates listed in the Cancellation
Guidelines schedule listed below. To protect your privacy we encourage use of
our PayPal electronic payment system and the links provided on this page.
Cheques are
welcome as well when made payable to: John Nance Entertainment and mailed to:

Returned checks
will be assessed a $35 NSF fee.
The total outstanding balance for your cruise must be paid no later than
October 1, 2010.
In all group
sailings if one person in the group has not paid in full by the deadline
monetary penalties are imposed by the cruise lines.
As a result to prevent
imposition of these penalties it is our policy to cancel all accounts not 100%
paid by the deadline date of September 30, 2010.
In cases where cancellations
are imposed refunds will be issued to individuals minus the cancellation based
on the following guidelines:
Cancellation Guidelines - All Categories
Date of Deposit - 08/01/10 $25.00 per person
08/02/2010 - 10/01/2010 $50.00 per person
10/02/2010 - 11/01/2010 $250.00
11/02/2010 - 11/25/2010 50% + $50
11/26/2010 - 100% - Full Penalty No Refunds Issued
Cancellation penalties apply to all guests in a stateroom and are assessed in
the event of either partial or full stateroom cancellations.
Please be advised that Carnival Cruise Lines and
John Nance Entertainment only issues electronic
documents and all passengers are required to
establish an account at www.carnival.com and
complete the documents required for travel including Boarding Passes, Fun
Passes, Luggage Tags and additional required documentation.
